Item Request Form

Teachers, in order to serve you better, I have created a #ReedyLibrary Item Request Form.

If you ever need to request materials from the library, please complete this form and someone from the library will fill the request and deliver the items to you.

You will receive an email notification if you were not in your room when the items were delivered. If the items are not on a cart and can fit in your box, they can be delivered to your box.

We will make one attempt to deliver the items. If you are not in your room and your room is locked and we have a cart of items, then you will be notified by email that you must come pick up your items from the library.

Please visit the #ReedyLibrary Catalog BEFORE you complete the item request form to see if we have what you need. In order for us to assist you as best as possible, it is helpful for us to know as much about what you need as possible.
