CALL NUMBER: F DRA

This awesome book is about a handicapped girl, Melody Brooks, who is incredibly smart. Unfortunately, she can only move her thumb. She finally sees something that will change her life and the way others think of her. When she gets to be on the school’s team of the smartest students, and the get to be going to the nationals, what will happen? Read the book to find the magical thing that changed her life, and what happens next.

My favorite part was when she got the highest grade on a practice test, with a perfect A+, and totally beat the others and proved her smartness.

If you like realistic fiction, or even books that make you emotional, you’ll like this book!

  1. I really love this book. This book is really inspiring and it proves that don’t judge people just because they have disorders . Just like don’t judge a book by its cover. I absolutely enjoy this book as much as you do. Believe this book has changed me and my expectations of people. I have learned so much from this book and it truly changed my personality in a better way. Now i can finally relate back to this book. I have some connections that i can relate to. 2. Melody has a hard time at school until she meets a new friend. This book truly inspired me to be friends with whoever they are in the inside not in the outside. Life may difficult for Melody and for other people but we juts have to acecpt that. Not everybody is perfect, people are just people. I truly love this book,it is the best book I have ever read.
